As of May 1, 2025, three legacy regulators – the College of Dental Hygienists of Nova Scotia (CDHNS), the Denturist Licensing Board of Nova Scotia (DLBNS), and the Nova Scotia Dental Technicians Association (NSDTA), amalgamated on the same day of migration to the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA). At that time, we became the Nova Scotia Regulator of Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, and Dentursim (NSRDHDTD).

Board Meeting Highlights

The NSRDHDTD Board Meetings will take place throughout the year. We’re committed to keeping you informed about the work of the Board. In keeping with Section 6 of the General Regulations to the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA), we share summaries of agenda items discussed and decisions made at each meeting. Once meeting minutes are approved, the summaries are posted within 30 days.
