Renewal is now open!
Renewal opens on September 1 of each year, and closes on October 31 of each year (11:59 pm). Each year, the Board sets renewal deadlines for registrants and DLT permit holders, to renew with and without additional fees.
The Board-set deadline for the upcoming 2025/26 renewal year is October 6, 2025 at 11:59 pm for renewal without penalty.
You will find your online renewal application form under the Renewal Tab of your Registrant Portal.

Licence Expiry
(after Oct 31, 2025)
Practising registrants and DLT permit holders who do not renew by October 31, 2025, without providing the Regulator with notice of their intention, will have their licences or permits suspended. If these individuals want their practising licence or permit renewed, after Oct 31, 2025, they will be required to pay reinstatement fees in addition to the late fee payment. They will also be required to provide proof they have met all other licensing requirements. If repeated and flagrant violations of these deadlines and the renewal process occur, a complaint may be referred to the Complaints Committee.
